Here at Grove Heating and Cooling we appreciate the hard work – from the hard working Labor before us and the hard working laborers today in America. It’s that same commitment to doing a good job and adhering to family values that we strive to provide to each of our HVAC residential, commercial and business customers in Annapolis, Laurel, Bowie, College Park, Glen Burnie, Crofton, Pasadena and all across Maryland.
Heating and Cooling HVAC Labor in 1885
A lot has changed since the Labor Day celebrations which started in local municipalities back in 1885 when local people and businesses got together and set apart a day to celebrate the hard work that has been done in the are and across the entire Country. In the nine years following that small movement showed great strides in unity as States (like Maryland) and territories added their celebrations and making their appreciation an official day. Finally in 1894 the Federal caught up with the local groups and declared a Nation wide Day to remember the Hard working Americans which labored to make America strong and continue to grow.
Grove Heating and Cooling Gives Thanks in Maryland
So we take this weekend with friends, family and loved ones to Celebrate and remember the laborers who worked so hard to give us all a better Country and living conditions to work for the “common person” who goes out and puts in an honest day’s work with family and community values. We hope that you have a great Weekend as well. Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard and given for their families and community.
